Couple's beautiful experience

The views from the roof were amazing and the staff left a snack for us in the evening. This hotel is more like a private residence than a hotel, which added to the charm of our stay.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly,, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

the staff was not remotely welcoming. I almost forgot the hot water issue on our first day, but then again, who wouldn’t notice? I mean, is it too much to ask for a room upgrade as compensation? I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Great atmosphere with beautiful decor and stunning views from the rooftop. Limited food options in the evening and no bar on-site. Enjoyed the temporary art galleries nearby and appreciated the bicycle rental service.

My stay in the Standard Double Room was an absolute delight! The rooftop terrace bar was my favorite spot to unwind, offering amazing views of the city and nearby volcano. And can we talk about breakfast? It was divine and made every cell in my body sing with happiness!
